That thing I was thinking - you know, the one that might happen with what store I'm going to get.

Well, it's what's going to happen.

Sadly that means that on the 8th September till 8th October I'll be in training. I'm going to press for a schedule that will let me train *and* spend as much time as possible with my friends and family.

We'll see how it works out - I'm sure it'll be fine.

I had my interview yesterday which was in a small room with a panel of four District Managers. It lasted about two hours, and while it wasn't really taxing, I thought I talked too much.

So I got a phone call today telling me that I had passed the panel and I would be told in the next few days if I would get a store to go to. My boss, Patty, seems to think that I'll go do my month of training and then come back to the store I work in right now and manage there while she takes her maternity leave until the new year.

Rest assured, I'll let you know eventually. Probably before the visitors arrive late next month.
